SwellPro has just completed the formal training of 20 rangers in beautiful Belize!
As part of the EU project "Restoring Fisheries in the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System", SwellPro created a bespoke training course for rangers who use the SwellPro SplashDrone 3+ for enforcement and reconnaissance.
As part of the EU project "Restoring Fisheries in the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System", SwellPro created a bespoke training course for rangers who use the SwellPro SplashDrone 3+ for enforcement and reconnaissance.

Operating from coral cays and patrol boats in five marine protected areas, the rangers help
protect the delicate reef ecosystem from illegal fishing and collecting.
The training was conducted over two weeks on site and took rangers from theory through to advanced
flying including take-off and landing from water and boats in strong winds.
