2 separate orders both arrived in 10 days from dispatch time that pretty good 😊
I have had trouble with the call centre when asking for a S3 swellpro charger a few times leaving messages not getting back don't know why? But as for buying pass the call centre Ive had good service thank you.

Tracking number was of no use

I appreciate prompt packing and reasonable price, but the "tracking number" was "not valid", which made me anxious.

They did get here, although held because of the Covid Crisis, so was very happy, have to remember not to leave battery's in the remote as they do run flat and you can't recharge them, they have gone to far, store separately, and keep charged
