Battery Hatch for SwellPro SD4/FD3/FD1+ Fishing Drone

I am 54 years old and have never owned a product that was this innovative. It literally lets you catch fish that you would’ve never had a chance at in the past. We were dropping Bates 400 yards from the beach and hooking up every single drop. Unbelievable game changer.

I ordered the battery hatch in early July and I have not received it along with a pair of propellers

The replacement battery hatch appears to be identical to the original equipment but I believe that it is a flimsy, poorly designed part that is prone to breaking. I believe Swellpro knows this is poorly designed because you have to buy 3 of them ($30) and pay an equal amount in shipping ($30). Why do they force you to buy 3 if not for the fact that they expect it to break frequently.

I finally received my battery hatch order after several weeks. I appreciate the quick replies and care in getting back to me about my concerns regarding the order being delayed. Although the shipping is expensive, I think this is great drone and hope to continue doing business with SwellPro.
