Payment methods
SwellPro store accepts payment methods as follows:
1. PayPal & PayPal Credit
2. Credit Card (VISA/MASTER/MAESTRO/JCB/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DINERS CLUB/DISCOVER)
3. Klarna buy now pay later (US Only,Up to $3000)
Tip: Through PayPal, you can use your credit card or debit card without entering your card information. To do this, you need to link your credit card or debit card to your PayPal account.
When you choose to pay for your order with a credit card, please make sure your credit card supports cross-border payment, because SwellPro is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
Please note that SwellPro does not collect your credit card number or personal information when you make a payment through a credit card.
Currency
Australia prices are displayed in AUD dollars;
New Zealand prices are displayed in NZD dollars;
Europe prices are displayed in EUR dollars;
United States and all rest of the countries' prices are displayed in US dollars.
We only accept payment in US dollars. If the currency of your credit card or PayPal is not US dollars, the amount of your payment will be automatically converted into US dollars during checkout.
3D Secure Authentication
If the card-issuing bank identifies a possible fraudulent transaction, they will require customers to pass 3D Secure Authentication. 3D Secure is an additional verification step to verify that you are the owner of the credit card. When 3D Secure Authentication is triggered, you will be redirected to an authentication page on your bank’s website where you enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to your phone.
Why did my credit card payment fail?
Payment via credit card may fail due to the following reasons:

Buy now pay later with Klarna
Klarna is one of the worlds' leading buy-now-pay-later service providers founded in Sweden in 2005. Thanks to Klarna, you can buy SwellPro products now, pay 14 or 30 days later. Alternatively, you can split the payment into 4 and pay them in 2 months. The Klarna payment option can be found on the payment page during checkout process.
Offline backup payment method
In case none of the online payment methods would work for you, an alternative is to arrange an offline transfer of money into the SwellPro bank account. Please note that wire transfers payments will involve extra bank changes and require a longer processing time. It should therefore only be considered if all other payment methods fail. You can contact us for SwellPro’s bank account details.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Services
SwellPro's official store is internationally based, we support domestic shipping within the United States and offer international delivery to Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, the Philippines, South Africa, Argentina, the United Kingdom, and all European countries.
All orders are usually shipped via Fedex, UPS, USPS or DHL Express shipping. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Due to air transportation restrictions, it is recommended to purchase no more than two extra batteries per order. which doesn’t include the battery that’s already inside the drone. (That means you can totally have 3 batteries in one package).
Shipping Cost
- All US and AU orders over $900 US dollars can enjoy standard free express door-to-door shipping, excluding U.S. islands (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and other countries. If you have specific requests on shipping, you need to pay the extra shipping fee according to the shipping courier and method that you choose.
- SwellPro's main US shipping facilities are located in Texas, and orders from other countries will be shipped from SwellPro's official factory in Shenzhen, China. All orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
- We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL. Days are counted in business days.
- Next day orders are in Business Days.
- There is no flat fee for all orders.
- The shipping rates by different couriers for different countries are quite different and may change from time to time.
Duty and Tax: For drone orders in both the USA and Australia, import duties and taxes are included. For other accessory orders and international orders, please refer to your local tax/VAT regulations for import duty and VAT fees.

The table below lists the estimated delivery time of FedEx Express shipping for major countries and regions. You can take it as a reference. Please note that the delivery time doesn’t include the time spent on order processing and custom clearance.

Shipping delay may occur due to the following reasons:
- The products you have ordered are suddenly out of stock.
- We are experiencing an unexpected large volume of orders.
- The package arrived at your country but is hold by your customs, waiting for the submission of your personal details for customs clearance.
- You order too many batteries which need to be shipped separately. Usually, shipment of pure batteries will take longer than drones.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship our products to countries that have laws banning drones. They are India, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Qatar, Myanmar, Russia, Israel, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait and Brunei.
We can ship orders that contain batteries only to the United States Mainland, Canada, Australia, Japan, Israel, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom.
If your location is not in one of the above listed countries, please inquire with us by sending email to onlinestore@swellpro.com before making a purchase. There are some countries or regions where the customs have restrictions on the import of drones or not served by any express shipping companies.
Shipping Notice
Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact us promptly via online store chat or email onlinestore@swellpro.com. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. SwellPro orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.
When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.
SwellPro assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:
- Shipping time might be delayed for 1-2 days for transportation to remote regions.
- Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown address or wrong address, entering incorrect contact information, and refusal to receive, etc.
- Delay due to force majeure. “Force majeure” means an unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.
- Aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile products, and other products that are not available for air freight service due to aviation security regulations.
- Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.
- The consignee address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.
Order and Logistics Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 12–24 hours to become active after the number is generated.To track your package, please log in to your SwellPro Store account or visit the Track Your Order page on our website.
Inspection and Sign
As SwellPro products are generally quite valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact SwellPro Support.
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) signs for the item, SwellPro will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact SwellPro Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
Aftersales Service
Refund & Exchange Policy
Return Conditions
You are eligible for our Return & Refund Service within 30 days from the day after receiving the product, if you meet any of the following conditions:
- The product's original packaging, accessories, gifts, and manuals are intact. The product has no manufacturing defects, has not been activated or used, and secondary sales are not affected.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Conditions
You are eligible for our Replacement Service within 30 days from the day after receiving the product, if you meet any of the following conditions:
- If it is found that the product is damaged during transportation and the customer can provide a damage certificate issued by the transportation company, they can apply for an exchange.
- If the product seriously does not match the original product description in one or more key aspects, the customer has the right to request an exchange.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request your return or exchange, please submit your request for return, or send an email to onlinestore@swellpro.com and provide us with:
- Order number and email address
- The item you want to return or exchange
- The reason for return or exchange
If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restricted Return & Exchange Situations
- If the time when the customer submits the return or exchange application is more than 30 natural days from the date of receipt of the goods, the return or exchange request will not be accepted.
- When the related items of the returned product are incomplete, such as missing or incomplete outer packaging, accessories, gifts, or instruction manual, or if there are signs of damage to the product appearance due to human factors, the return request will be rejected.
- If the customer cannot provide a legal and valid purchase voucher or document when returning the product, or if there are improper acts such as forging or altering the document, SwellPro has the right to reject the return.
- For collisions and burn - outs that are not caused by product quality problems, as well as product quality problems caused by unauthorized modification by the user, intrusion of foreign objects (such as water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and failure to use and operate in accordance with the instructions in the manual, the return application will not be accepted.
- If the product label, machine serial number, anti - counterfeiting mark, etc. are torn or altered, the return procedures cannot be processed.
- Products damaged due to force majeure factors such as fires, floods, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, and other inevitable disasters are not within the scope of the return service.
- If the customer fails to send out the corresponding items within 15 natural days after contacting SwellPro and confirming the return service, the return application will be regarded as invalid.
- Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Warranty Service
During the valid warranty period of the product, once the product encounters performance failures caused by non - human external forces, you can apply for our warranty service. For the detailed warranty period of major components, you can refer to the "Warranty Period Table for Major Components" of this description.

Remarks: The above - mentioned warranty periods are only applicable to component damage caused by product problems. Component damage caused by customer operation is not covered by the warranty.
Remarks: After product repair, the repaired parts (except for parts without a warranty period) inherit the original warranty period or have a reset warranty period of 60 days, whichever is longer.
