International shipping zones

SwellPro's official store is internationally based. We ship our products to the following countries:

  2. Canada
  3. Australia
  4. New Zealand
  5. South Africa 
  6. The United Kingdom
  7. All the European Countries
  8. Mexico
  9. Japan
  10. Singapore

If your location is not in one of the above listed countries, please inquire with us by sending email to onlinestore@swellpro.com before making a purchase. There are some countries or regions where the customs have restrictions on the import of drones or not served by any express shipping companies. 

 

Domestic shipping for the USA

USA customers get their orders shipped from warehouses in the USA. Due to domestic shipping, USA customers doesn't need to clear the customs, pay any import duty or tax. If the product(s) USA customers have ordered are out of stock in the USA warehouse and need to be shipped from China, we will cover the expenses of import duty and tax on our side.

Shipping restrictions

We cannot ship our products to countries that have laws banning drones. They are India, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Qatar, Myanmar, Russia, Israel, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Brunei, and Argentina.

We can ship orders that contain batteries only to the United States Mainland, Canada, Australia, Japan, Israel, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom.

Due to air transportation restrictions, it is recommended to purchase no more than two extra batteries per order, which doesn’t include the battery that’s already inside the drone. (That means you can totally have 3 batteries in one package).

 

Shipping options

Shipping methods

We provide no less than three shipping options for specific countries with orders over $900, such as the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and most of European countries.

All orders are usually shipped via Fedex, UPS, USPS or DHL Express shipping. We choose the shipping couriers depending on the availability of the courier in the customer’s region or per customer’s request. 

Shipping cost 

1. All orders over $900 US dollars can enjoy standard free express door-to-door shipping. If you have specific requests on shipping, you need to pay the extra shipping fee according to the shipping courier and method that you choose.
2. Shipping charges for orders less than $900 will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the package.
3. There is no flat fee for all orders.
4. The shipping rates by different couriers for different countries are quite different and may change from time to time.

Delivery time

The table below lists the estimated delivery time of DHL Express shipping for major countries and regions. You can take it as a reference. Please note that the delivery time doesn’t include the time spent on order processing and custom clearance.

Shipping delay may occur due to the following reasons:

  1. The products you have ordered are suddenly out of stock. 
  2. We are experiencing an unexpected large volume of orders.
  3. The package arrived at your country but is hold by your customs, waiting for the submission of your personal details for customs clearance. 
  4. You order too many batteries which need to be shipped separately. Usually, shipment of pure batteries will take longer than drones. 

Order processing & tracking

Most orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. Orders placed on Friday, weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please note that the status of your package will only be live 12-24 hours after the tracking number is generated.

Change shipping address

If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order, we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, we cannot change your address. Please email us at onlinestore@swellpro.com with your order number if you want to change the address.

Lost or damaged package

If the package is lost, we will file a missing package investigation with the courier. If they still cannot find the missing package, we will send a replacement to you without extra charges. If the products are damaged in transit, we will send a replacement to you without extra charges as well.

Wrong or incomplete address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
