Do you ship internationally?
We ship drones to all countries except India, Vietnam, Qatar, Myanmar, Russia and Israel. Pure battery cannot be shipped to New Zealand, Qatar, Chile, Indonesia, Maldive, Singapore, the Philippines and Martinique.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders that contain drones are free shipping for the following countries.
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Uruguay.
For orders that only consist of accessories, you will need to pay for the shipping during checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours in business days. If you place an order on Friday, weekends or holidays, your order will be shipped out on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders by DHL or Fedex, which usually takes 5-7 day.
Most products are shipped from China. USA orders are primarily shipped from the USA local warehouse if it has the products you order in stock. USA customers can expect their order to arrive within 3-5 days if the order is shipped from the USA warehouse.
Note, due to air transportation restrictions, it is recommended to purchase no more than two batteries per order. Otherwise, we have to ship your items separately, which would lead to a longer delivery time.
Will I have to pay for International taxes and duties?
For the United States, the import duty and tax is already included in the price of the products.
For Australia and New Zealand, customers need to pay GST during checkout.
For European countries, customers need to pay VAT during checkout.
Customers in other countries will be responsible for paying additional import duty & taxes on their own. Please contact your local customs office for customs policies.
Why did my payment fail?
Payment failure could be caused by the settings of your credit card or payment account, such as your payment limit and available credit. Please verify this information first. Meanwhile, to ensure your payment safety, the banks and the payment platforms have other protection mechanisms. Transactions rated as high risk by this risk control system will be blocked automatically. If you are paying by credit card, please contact your issuing bank to see if they have deemed the transaction suspicious and blocked it from going through. If you can not solve your payment problem, please contact us via email@example.com for help.
What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is a FREE service facilitated by VISA and MasterCard that lets you transact online securely using your Debit or Credit Card. This service is available only on 3D Secure merchant sites. It is an extra level of security in place to protect your data.
Verified by Visa and Mastercard security code (VBV/MSC) provides added assurance by verifying you while using your Standard Chartered Visa/MasterCard Card to make payments online. You can be assured that any online merchant giving VBV/MSC service is a legitimate commercial entity. A private code means added protection against unauthorised use of your Card when you make payments online.
VBV/MSC protects your existing Visa/MasterCard giving you assurance that you and only you can use your Visa/Master Card for electronic payments. The added protection of VBV/MSC is automatically enabled on your card.

How long does your warranty last？
The warranty period for the main parts of Swellpro products is twelve(12) months. Some accessories may either have a shorter warranty period or not be covered by warranty.
