Shipping
SwellPro's official store is internationally based, we support domestic shipping within the United States and offer international delivery to Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, the Philippines, South Africa, Argentina, the United Kingdom, and all European countries. Please check the shipping policy about the countries that we don't ship to.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. For more information, please read our shipping policy.
We ship orders via DHL, UPS, USPS or Fedex express shipping, which usually takes 3-8 business days.
For drone orders in both the USA and Australia, import duties and taxes are included. For other accessory orders and international orders, please refer to your local tax/VAT regulations for import duty and VAT fees.

Order information
Most of the time, the payment is declined by customers' credit card issuing bank for security reasons or due to the settings of your credit card. You can try with the same card again at a later time, contact your bank to authorize the payment, use an alternative card or PayPal. For more information, please check payment methods. Also, you can contact us at onlinestore@swellpro.com for help with payment problems.
If the card-issuing bank identifies a possible fraudulent transaction, they will require customers to pass a 3D Secure Authentication. 3D Secure is an additional verification step to verify that you are the owner of the credit card. When 3D Secure Authentication is triggered, you will be redirected to an authentication page on your bank’s website where you enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to your phone.
If you cannot pass 3D authentication and think it is a mistake, you can contact us at onlinestore@swellpro.com for manual authentication by our stuff.
Return and refund
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 30 days after the receipt of your order.

The warranty period for the main parts of Swellpro products is twelve(12) months. Some accessories may either have a shorter warranty period or not be covered by warranty.
