Request repair service at SwellPro website or email us at  support@swellpro.com

SwellPro defines the issues based on the following details:

• Serial number
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Description of the issues
• Photo or video of the issues

Product diagnosis completed. Repair center provide cost estimate for repair.

You approve. Repair center generates a prepaid shipping label for you to send the drone to their office.

Repair center receives the drone and confirm the complete cost for repair.

You apporve. Repair center repairs the drone and test it out. If you don't approve, they only charge the shipping fee, and ship the drone back to you.

Repair and testing completed. Repair center send you an invoice for payment.

Payment received. Repair center ships the drone back to you.
