Just as you started 25 days ago u sent my $2000 drone. Funny thing is i just got it yesterday. It didn't work at all and had to be shipped to a repair person and fixed. my$2000 repaired drone. Definitely not what I had anticipated getting. I ordered a brand new done. I got the run around for many days before even being told it would have to be sent to a repair man. Very nonchalant responses and slow email returns. There's no customer service person to even speak to. Overall the drone is fine, the customer service sucks. I also have an email response from swellpro stating I would be compensated for the great inconvenience and mailed extra accessories/ upgrade which has yet to happen. So my review is this... nice drone.. swellpro sucks. I will not be using this company or recommending them to any of my fellow fisherman. So I will continue to wait for my accessories before reporting to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! - JOEY TREMOR

Well unfortunately I think I got one that was defective. Would take off great on round 1 then would get very unstable. Changed the membrane and no dice, coming back from deploying some bait, it ended up getting unstable while landing and freaked out and went down. Sent it to a repair shop for warranty three weeks ago and no updates other than they were getting flight logs. Hopefully it’s resolved 🤞 unfortunate to spend that kind of money and end up with these results right out of the box. I will say for fishing it is a total game changer when it works.
We have seen other people with a fishing drone and finnaly took the plunge and bought the Fisherman Max. So so happy we did because fishing from the beach is so much easier now!! We were worried about actually flying it but we should have not been. This product was made with such precision that it is so simple to control. Even in 20 mph winds controlling the drone is easy! We have since bought a second battery because of the love on the drone! We can now spend hours fishing without even getting our feet wet!! We would recommend this product 1000 times over to anyone who would like to fish deeper water without a boat! 110% satisfied with this product!
